Fair Farm
Located just inside the Green Gate, the 5,265 square foot Washington State Fair Farm can seat up to 250 individuals. True to its name, The Fair Farm is available for animal shows and can accommodate portable horse stalls. The area surrounding the Fair Farm is nicely landscaped with festoon lighting on buildings and trees. The open beamed ceiling and shuttered windows also make the Fair Farm an ideal and nostalgic location for dances, banquets, and meetings with a western theme.
